Service Coordinator

We are hiring a Service Coordinatorfor our Owen Sound, ON branch!

Nature & Scope

• Scheduling technicians and fitters for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs and/or service work
• Scheduling technicians and fitters for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise
• Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
• Organizing lift rentals for job requirements and hotel bookings for out-of-town work.
• Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Create and process purchase orders as required
• Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Field request from customers for service calls
• Contact customers to pre-arrange services
• Assist in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordination/Scheduling experience in a contractor or building services stetting would be considered an asset
• 2 year diploma in business/office administration or equivalent work experience preferred
