We are hiring a Service Coordinatorfor our Owen Sound, ON branch!

Nature & Scope
- Scheduling technicians and fitters for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs and/or service work
- Scheduling technicians and fitters for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise
- Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
- Organizing lift rentals for job requirements and hotel bookings for out-of-town work.
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Create and process purchase orders as required
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Field request from customers for service calls
- Contact customers to pre-arrange services
- Assist in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordination/Scheduling experience in a contractor or building services stetting would be considered an asset
- 2 year diploma in business/office administration or equivalent work experience preferred
