We are seeking a highly and detail oriented individual to join our team as Service Associate.
As a Service Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Your primary role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, scheduling jobs and employees, resolve any issues that may occur.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, including product information, pricing and availability, using our CRM system (training will be provided).
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding supply orders and job status.
- Collaborate with our team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and safe work environment (following OH&S regulations).
-Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge of products and services.
Other Duties:
-Data Entry and use of CRM system.
-Vehicle Inspections.
-Formulating quotes to be sent to customers.
Requirements:
_ - High School Diploma or equivalent._
- Previous experience in customer service or management is preferred.
_ - Strong communications and interpersonal skills._
_ - Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities._
_ - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously._
_ - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills._
_ - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system (will receiving training on CRM system)._
_ - Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
_ - Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed._
