As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in our success by ensuring smooth operations, delivering top-notch customer service, and inspiring a team of cookie enthusiasts to reach new heights.

Shift leads are responsible for completing the duties outlined in the “Baker” job description. Additionally, their duties include leading staff, making assignments, meeting production schedules and leading by example. A Shift Lead demonstrates task instructions, manages attendance, and measures key performance indicators such as cookie quality, cleanliness and customer experience.

What we're looking for:

Leadership experience: We seek individuals with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within the food service industry. Your ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a team will be essential to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Passion for customer service: We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled customer experience. A strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving are vital to succeed in this role.

Flexibility and adaptability: Our cookie world moves fast, and we need someone who can keep up. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure is crucial.

Attention to detail: Our customers expect perfection in every bite. As a Shift Lead, you'll need a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the store.

Availability: Our store operates during varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work during peak times and special events is essential.

Requirements:

- Food Handling Permit: if you don’t have one, we will refer you to an online course that only costs $25 and is good for several years.

Monday to Friday, Saturday and holiday availability. Closed Sundays!

Weekend availability
