Position Overview:

Calling all sales superstars with a heart for animals! As our Client Care Lead, you’ll lead our Client Care and sales team in providing outstanding service while driving sales through the roof. Your mission? To exceed sales targets, inspire your team to do the same, and ensure every client leaves not just happy, but eager to return. This role oversees both in-person and remote sales/booking staff who contribute to the client experience, and is responsible for internal marketing initiatives. Accountabilities:

This role is accountable for the overall team’s sales performance, which includes retention of existing clients and conversion/booking of new clients to utilize our services. Essential pieces of this role include

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor our Client Care team to deliver top-notch service and hit and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, management, and support to help team members thrive in their roles, while instilling a sales-driven mindset in every team member.
  • Exceptional Client Experiences: Ensure that every pet parent receives a warm, personalized, and memorable experience. Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster lasting relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations and create a unified, customer-centric environment.
  • Feedback Maestro: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Stalwart: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, promotions, and events to drive revenue. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline Client Care processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising the quality of service. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to elevate our Client Care standards.
  • Team Empowerment: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where creativity, initiative, and dedication are recognized and celebrated.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Prodigy: Proven track record in sales, in a B2C service or retail environment. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in team leadership with an ability to inspire, motivate, train, and empower team members to perform.
  • Communication Maestro: Excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills. You can persuade, inform, and delight clients with your words.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer systems, understanding of Excel, and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies into the team including but not limited to AI tools.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Ability to handle challenges with creativity and a smile, turning obstacles into opportunities.
  • Marketing Know-how: social media and internal events help our clients and team to have fun, create community, and increase our sales. Previous knowledge or experience in marketing and/or social media is an asset.
