Your future role
- Provide excellent customer service and a collaborative environment with truck drivers
- Schedule inbound and outbound appointments for delivery and shipment
- Prepare shipping documents while ensuring prompt and accurate data
- Enter, transfer, modify and verify data in computer systems such as JD Edwards
- Enter, maintain, and complete reports in a timely manner
- Check record entries against supporting documents
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to coordinate activities
Required skills
- High school diploma
- Ability to use and navigate computer systems and various softwares
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of documents, and maintaining reports
- Scheduling and coordination skills
- High attention to detail
- Team spirit
- Experience in a shipping environment — an asset
- Experience using an ERP system – an asset
- Bilingualism in English and French — an asset
