Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the site team
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with filing and organizing documents
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phone calls
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
