Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Management Associate to amplify our current offerings and engage with our community. You will be instrumental in creating compelling content, analyzing performance insights, and crafting narratives that resonate with our clients' audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Craft compelling visual and written content that reflects a brand's voice and values, driving audience interaction and growth.
· Analyze Social Media insights to guide content strategy, optimize engagement, and report on performance metrics.
· Conduct thorough research and information gathering to stay ahead of industry trends and generate fresh content ideas.
· Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand message.
· Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on Social Media initiatives.
Requirements:
· Experience in photography, content creation, and creative writing, preferably in a tech or digital environment is an asset.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret Social Media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
· A proactive approach to information gathering, with a natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
Additional Information:
· The position begins with a 1-month probationary period to ensure a mutual fit and level of quality in service offerings.
· Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge for success in this role.
Flexibility in scheduling, with a part-time commitment that has the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and company growth.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
