Social Media Manager

Job Description:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage Social Media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., text, photos, videos)
- Monitor Social Media platforms for trends, news, and competitor activity
- Analyze Social Media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with current Social Media trends and best practices

- Manage and maintain our established Facebook and Instagram pages, while establishing and growing our presence on YouTube.

- Produce weekly high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, showcasing dealership highlights, events, and promotions.

- Actively participate in company trips and events, collaborating with local sports teams we've partnered with to create compelling Social Media content.

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in using Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Prior experience using Canva, video editing, and photo editing software is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content
- Experience using Social Media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies

The ideal candidate for this position is a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about Social Media marketing. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additionally, they should be able to analyze data to make informed decisions and adapt their strategies accordingly.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in Social Media management or digital marketing is required.
