Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create engaging content that resonates with our client’s communities
- Content Creation: Curate, create, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content reflects the brand's voice and values
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and active community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
- Monitor Social Media trends, industry news, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on Social Media performance using relevant tools and metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing Social Media campaigns and improving overall performance.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute Social Media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and create authentic connections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with 2 + years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth experience with Canva - This platform is your bestie
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passionate about the world of branding, design and marketing of small to medium-sized businesses
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Social Media management tools and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Prior work in the Real Estate industry an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
