Social Media & Marketing Manager

Candidates should be well-versed in establishing & communicating brand identity, have experience creating well-optimized SM content across multiple Social Media platforms, And have deep knowledge of the latest digital media trends and current influencers in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:

• Be in your own personal Lethbridge office editing & posting Monday to Friday from 9a-12p
• Be out in the community, capturing great content, from 1p-5p
• Travel with us, at our expense, to and from Calgary or Medicine Hat every Friday
• Run All the Social Media accounts, in all three markets, for our Real Estate Team: Calgary, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat. This will include 3 Atkinson Team Instagram accounts, 3 Atkinson Team Facebook pages, 1 personal Facebook account for Courtney Atkinson, 1 personal Instagram account for Courtney Atkinson, 1 personal TikTok account for Courtney Atkinson, and 1 personal LinkedIn account for Courtney Atkinson
• Run All the Social Media accounts for our Coaching Company - Real Estate Growth Solutions. This will include 1 REGS Instagram account, 1 REGS Facebook page, 1 REGS Facebook group
• Identify and improve based on new Social Media opportunities
• Understand how to run Social Media campaigns that get engagement
• Use our organizational goals to help you form an effective strategy to create a stronger brand presence and more brand recognition
• Use our cameras, our lenses, our lights, our gimbals, and our mics to record daily video content
• Use your personal, late model, awesome Apple or Android smartphone to take photos of the Team, events, current happenings, etc.
• Do your own editing and liaise with our Virtual Editing Team
• Be a constant source of content for All our channels and All our brands
• Identify new opportunities to spread our message

Experience:

• You Must have an Excellent Eye for Excellent Art!

• You Love posting stories that Tell Stories!
• You love posting posts that .... um, well, you know what we mean right?
• Minimum 2 years experience doing this kind of work. Sorry, but we just can't afford to be the place where you're learning to do what we need to be done
• Strong understanding of trends across All the aforementioned SM platforms
• You must have Excellent time management skills. If you're often late, or your projects delayed, this job won't be a fit for you. You will be the shepherd and babysitter of our Social Media! Social Media is Your baby
• You must be Very organized. There's a Lot to do here, Daily. There's no time for sitting around. There's no time to waste. This job is fast-paced, and so are we. You'll need to keep up. There's no space for redundancy or doing the same repetitious tasks over and over
• We expect You to solve problems by being efficient and coming to us with software or solutions that will help You be more efficient
• If you're educated, cool, if you're not, that's ok too, but, you must be an excellent writer And an excellent communicator
• You are very coachable

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
