```Duties``` - Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner - Analyze Social Media data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all Social Media channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing ```Requirements``` - Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role - Proficient in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite - Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and their respective audiences - Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite - Experience with SEO best practices for Social Media content - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills: - Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates - Familiarity with paid advertising on Social Media platforms Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
