Spa Coordinator

RITUAL Nordic Spa is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Spa Coordinator to join our busy and thriving Nordic Spa in downtown Victoria!

The Role

Our Spa Coordinators maintain the efficient operation of our spa front desk area, reception and café lounge . They maintain the spa schedule, and ensure an outstanding member and guest experience, whilst overseeing the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities.

What To Expect

• Perform administrative tasks related to spa reception
• Provide facility orientation for guests upon check in
• Manage bookings & waitlist for all services offered
• Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Address emails and other correspondence and respond in a timely manner
• Process requests of guests (special requests, group bookings etc.)
• Hit retail sales targets set by Spa Manager
• Offer assistance with home care suggestions to all guests
• Process membership sign ups
• Process accurate payments
• Complete set tasks for opening/closing shifts
• Maintain and optimize massage team bookings
• Serve light refreshments and snack in our café lounge area

What we are looking for

• Strong administration skills, outstanding customer service skills
• Experienced with online booking systems, email, texting and scanning
• Knowledge and understanding of spa operations/treatments/hot & cold therapy
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Punctuality and effective time management
• Be solution oriented, problem solve and be able to efficiently multi-task
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Active Serve It Right certificate
• A love for sauna and Nordic spa practices

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
