Spa Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa Coordinator. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Provide information to clients about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare and beauty products
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and supplies
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or salon setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Knowledge of skincare products and services is desirable but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
