As a Spa Coordinator, you will work full-time at our spa front desk / reception area, to greet guests, provide spa tours, assist with retail sales, process payments, answer questions about the spa and its amenities and manage the spa schedule throughout the day.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all Guests you meet, providing friendly assistance to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed.
- Ensure Guests are well informed about their services including what to expect, how to position themselves, how the service will proceed, what products will be used, all the benefits the Guest can expect, and home care / follow up.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Spa products and services. Use this knowledge to educate Guests and help them purchase additional services and products suited to the needs / desires.
- Follow up with all Guest requests, and all Guests who make purchases.
- Ensure Guests are well informed about their services including what to expect, how to position themselves, how the service will proceed, what products will be used, all the benefits the Guest can expect, and home care / follow up.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to including proper disinfectant procedures in guest areas.
- Ensure all displays and retail areas are to be kept clean, organized, and dust-free
- Cleaning & laundry tasks include emptying used laundry, folding clean laundry, cleaning sandals and change rooms, restocking guest lockers ensuring lockers and supplies fully are stocked, and high level of cleanliness maintained.
Education, Experience & Skill Set
- Flexibility to work combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude that contributes to a healthy, friendly, and supportive workplace
- Able to drive a golf cart safely (BC driver’s license not required)
- Physically able to perform job duties (standing, lift to 20 lbs, walk up and down stairs)
