SalaryPure Day Spa is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Spa Coordinator a leader of first impressions! Our boutique and spa is located at Mattick’s Farm in Cordova Bay. We are looking for a naturally caring, attentive and personable person, who understands the importance of exceptional client service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer telephone and walk-in queries and greet clients promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments for individuals and large groups efficiently and upsell when appropriate
- Promote/sell available services and skincare products
- Process client payments for spa services and retail sales
- Assist clients with spa treatment and retail information
- Maintain cleanliness of spa
- Opening and Closing the spa
- Update documents relative to clients’ information.
- Order and receive shipments for spa products, supplies and maintain inventory
- Package and ship client orders
- Other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working in a reception / customer service role
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
We are currently looking to add to our growing team. Must be able to work 1 Weekend Day, Monday and Thursdays.
