Responsibilities:
-Assist in all activities related to Management Systems & Organizational Excellence
-Assist with data mapping project including: process mapping and process visualization
-Assist with maintenance of the document control process
-Assist with audits and audit follow-up
Skills and Qualifications:
-Enrolled in an Arts and Science, Commerce, or related post-secondary program and returning to school in the fall of 2024
-Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards is an asset
-Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Proficient with Windows
-Experience working with Adobe Suite is an asset
-Experience with SharePoint is an asset
-Ability to work independently and participate on multi-disciplinary teams
-Cooperative and collaborative
-Open to learning and takes initiative
-Honest and ethical with the ability to work with confidential information
Work Location & Schedule:
-Saskatoon Office
-Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
-May to August 2024
