In this role you will be responsible for executing talent recruitment in Argentina in line with regional and global strategy, processes, tools, and frameworks. You will ensure the building of a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and supporting in recruitment related projects and activities. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Hub Lead – South America, you will be working closely with our Talent Acquisition team members and different HRBPs and hiring managers from all ABB business divisions in Argentina as well as in South America countries.

Your responsibilities
- Conduct the recruitment processes to all ABB divisions in the Country from kickoff meeting to offer acceptance by driving an efficient recruitment process and striving for a high-touch experience for every candidate and manager.
- Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding Partners and HR Services teams to ensure fast, efficient and well-coordinated recruitment process to meet and exceed the business expectations.
- Providing expertise, market insights and consultative guidance to ensure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach with the best fit to the business needs.
- Support the provision of timely data analytics and reporting activities, to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to Talent Acquisition in order to meet and exceed the area global, regional and local targets (time to fill, positions closed, diversity goals, candidate and manager experience, among others).
Your background
- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- At least five years of experience working with Senior positions and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, seeking professional and managerial level positions in engineering.
- Experience in the local market of Argentina and Uruguay.
- Experience making job offers and working hand in hand with the compensation area.
- Experience working in Multinational companies and/or prestigious consulting firms with services at a regional or global level (is a must).
- Knowledge or experience working with some CMR platform as phenom, workday etc.
- Experience with full life-cycle recruitment with industrial segments.
- Employer Branding and Diversity and Inclusion experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge in Compensation and Benefits is desirable.
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge in Portuguese language is desirable.
