Wild Magnolia Tattoo Studio is not your typical tattoo shop. Our space is open, grounding, inviting, and we are more like family than coworkers. Clients not only come for a tattoo or piercing, they come for an experience. We are looking for a new receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has good energy, is respectful, punctual, friendly and approachable with an excellent work ethic.
Hours:
Tuesday to Friday from 10:45 am - 7:00 pm
*In the near future we might extend our hours to include Saturday. Any candidate must be available to work the additional day.
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting clients
-Answering calls
-Booking appointments
-Cleaning and maintaining the stellar look of our studio
*We have high standards, and we expect any new hire to have the same.
Must:
-Be punctual
-Be respectful
-Be bilingual (English & French both spoken and written)
-Have an excellent work ethic
-Be approachable and friendly
-Be proficient in using word/excel/computer systems
-Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
