Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
The Motorcarlease group is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients.

Reporting to the Sales manager, the ideal candidate must be dynamic, bilingual and have great customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain an organized Front Desk area

-Responsible for Fedex, Purolator and courier shipments

- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail & deliveries.

- Responsible for obtaining keys and registrations from vehicle drop offs and pick ups including notification email to all salesmen.

- Processing customer payments (monthly lease rentals, service invoices)
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Familiarity with automotive business is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
