WE ARE ADDING TO OUR TEAM: STORE MANAGER

Full time (34-40 hours per week)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Store Manager will provide a superior customer service experience that emphasizes strong product knowledge and is delivered with a friendly, outgoing and positive demeanor.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs;

• Providing a selection of product for customers to choose from;

• Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice;

• Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries;

• Placing and Receiving Special Orders

• Cash duties- receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts;

• Store opening and closing duties responsibilities; show room maintenance cleaning and merchandising

• Leads a sales staff of approximately 3 sales associates

• Motivates sales staff to achieve targets using weekly touchpoint meetings

• Provides sales associates ongoing training and coaching

Qualifications needed!

• Previous retail experience;

• A demonstrated record of positive work ethic;

• Ability to learn products in a reasonable time;

• Exceptional communication and time management;

• Proven experience in a team based environment; and

• Commitment to a customer first philosophy!

Beneficial qualifications!

• Previous experience in a high-end jewellery store and Demonstrated record of sales accomplishments!

• Experience with Luxury Watches or Luxury Sales an asset

The Sales Associate works a variety of days and shifts and must be available during the BUSY Christmas Season when sales are at their peak times! We offer competitive wages based on experience, profit sharing and other store perks!
