This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the Regional Inbound Compliance program for Suppliers adherence to Walmart Canada’s Supplier Manual, across each business channel (PDC/RDC/HVDC). Each Regional role creates Supplier fines of $10M in revenue for Walmart Canada Logistics.

Ce que vous ferez...

Accountability by Region for $10M in Supplier fines going to the COGS of the P&L.

Collect and administer weekly noncompliance infractions with a ticketing platform.

Analyze and report on week over week variances to plan by business unit.

Research, analyze and respond to Supplier communication inbox, offering solutions and guidance. Partner with Replenishment and Merchandising teams offering solutions for problem freight disposition.

Develop SOPs and extensive training programs for Inbound Compliance and Receiving teams.

Manage and lead a team of 8 Associates on two shifts covering seven days.

Administer annual performance reviews, time and attendance and payroll for associates.

Leverage working relationships using two way collaboration with Suppliers and Operations Management teams.‎
