Training and Development Coordinator

DealerPilot HR is growing their team and are excited to announce the opportunity of Training and Development Coordinator!

This position is an e-commute role reporting to Human Resources. Dealer PILOT HR is an HR automation company that specializes in the unique requirements of the automotive industry. We work hard to be the “go -to” source for Human Resources and Health and Safety solutions.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Health and Safety and Human Resource competencies in order to build a fully encompassing curriculum. This position will be accountable for the full Training and Development lifecycle. CHRP or CHRP candidate is preferred, CRSP is an asset. Bilingual (French/English) is also an asset. As well, the incumbent will have significant experience in developing learning material for adult learners, using the principles of Adult Education, a certificate in Adult Education is also preferred. The candidate will assist with client and information and knowledge development as required

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
