Veterinary Technician

Lansdowne Animal Hospital is an independently owned veterinary clinic with a strong connection to our community. We have been providing veterinary care for pets in Old Ottawa South since 1995.

We are looking to welcome a new Registered Veterinary Technician to our general practice team of 3 veterinarians and 13 staff.

We are a well-equipped modern practice, that strives to give the highest level of care to our patients. We have fully furnished surgical and dental suites, and laboratory, plus digital body and dental radiography, and onsite ultrasound equipment.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Veterinary Technician program. Applicants with relevant work experience are preferred.

The ideal candidate would be positive, professional, empathetic, reliable, and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Work hours are a mix of days, evenings up to 8pm, and some Saturdays. We are always closed Saturday evenings and Sundays. Shift length may vary and may be up to 10 hours. Candidates must have flexible availability and be willing to work these days and shifts as needed.
