Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Casino Marketing, Windsor Casino Limited, the VIP Services Representative will provide customer service to guests and assist the Player Development Department in operational areas including host office, and gaming floor.
Duties:
Maintains a presence and assists VIP guests in the VIP services office as required.
Participates in special events and promotions as needed. Promotes upcoming events to patrons; issues VIP Player Cards; assists with VIP Event registration; reserves hotel and dinner reservations;
Uses sound judgment and makes decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines; gathers information from guests to assist in maintaining relationships with clientele and inputs applicable information into SMART, CMS, LMS and other systems as required; handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner; anticipates, responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of guests; informs guests of applicable promotions and/or special events that they qualify for; promotes Caesars Rewards and the benefits of consolidating play within the Caesars Brand.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to a High School Diploma. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum two years experience in a casino/hospitality environment related to Customer Service or experience deemed acceptable by Windsor Casino Limited.
Ability to obtain a Gaming Employee License.
Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is frequently required. (i.e. between 25% and 75% of time on the job)
The work position most commonly assumed by the person performing this job is prolonged standing or walking.
Must be able to work all shifts. and On call 24-hours
