Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Safety procedures followed at all times
- Receiving of equipment from airlines, and reconcile the “Bill of Lading”
- Picking orders requested from Galley, and delivering the orders
- Update mapping of warehouse as needed
- Load and unload shipment of products from containers
- Ensure all equipment is dispatched and issued in compliance with Company policy and customs regulations
- Conduct quality and quantity checks on all equipment. Report any defects on equipment to the Operations Supervisor
- Rotate stock as needed and check expiry dates
- Assisting account managers to conduct inventory count and place orders for replenishment needs
- Compile inventory product replenishment lists as needed
- Ensure reservation sheets are filled and completed when given
- Control access of employees entering and exiting the new bonded warehouse
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at a height and climb ladders
- Must be able to multi task
Location: Mississauga, ON
Wage Rate: $17.50 per hour, up to 40 hrs. /week
Reporting to: Equipment Supervisor
Schedule: Rotational Monday- Sunday, Days, Afternoons & Nightshift available
Unionized: After 90 working shifts
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Forklift License – company will provide training via third party training school
- Electrical pump truck license is an asset
- Ability to read and write in English and basic mathematic skills, and excel skills are an asset
- Effective problem solving skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
- Must have a positive demeanor and be a team player
