Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and cycle counts
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have Forklift License i.e., Scissor Lift and Counterbalance License.
