Job Overview:
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the activities of the night shift team, ensuring all members are effectively carrying out their duties.
- Loading and Unloading: Ensure trucks are loaded accurately and efficiently, with a focus on maximizing space and ensuring the safety of goods.
- Filling: Oversee the filling operations, ensuring products are fresh, properly handled, and adequately stocked.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular checks to ensure inventory levels are maintained, and report any discrepancies to the relevant department.
- Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing and incoming goods meet quality standards. Address any quality issues promptly and efficiently.
- Staff Training: Provide training and support to new and existing staff, ensuring they are fully aware of company policies and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, conducting regular safety checks and addressing any issues immediately.
- Troubleshooting: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the night shift promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on night-shift activities, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the working environment is kept clean and organized at all times
- Administrative Duties: Complete any required administrative tasks, including staff rosters, timekeeping, and other paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a distribution or logistics environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Flexibility to work night shifts and extended hours as required
- Forklift certification (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Shift: 10pm - 6am

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
