About the Role
The Workforce Management Coordinator will be responsible for the supporting the implementation of time & attendance policies and processes in Ceridian Dayforce for Canada and US Divisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Support Divisions through the implementation of their time and attendance configurations and hardware in Dayforce, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, Magna best practice, Dayforce best practice
- Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to time and attendance design,providing guidance and support as needed
- Deliver training for employees and managers on time and attendance policies and procedures
- Analyze time and attendance policies to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for process improvements and harmonization where possible
- Collaborate with System Implementation team to ensure resolutions and adjustments are clearly understood
- Support the flow of daily implementation task delivery by identifying, prioritizing and ensuring urgent matters with potential impact on the Project are brought to the attention of the Program Manager
- Support first punch and first pay initiatives for Go Live
- Provide reports on time and attendance metrics to management as needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to time and attendance management
Who we are looking for
• At least 5 years of experience in time and attendance management
• Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with time and attendance systems and software.
• Experience leading a team through transition and efficiency processes
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, metrics, and data validation
