Job Description
What will you do?
- Support the review of product backlog and/or new enhancement request provided by product governance to provide analysis and assist in prioritization.
- Effectively engage stakeholders form across the organization; governance, operations, technology to identify key product requirements and dependencies.
- Participate in lab as required and provide regular updates on product initiatives.
- Contribute to initiative reporting.
- Participate in big room planning.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution, adoption, and development of product change practices.
- Participate in benefit realization governance and tracking.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Strong technical skills (proficiency in MS office applications)
- Strong analytical mindset in terms of taking abstract questions and issues and structuring them into manageable and specific chunks of work
- Able to manage ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Influence skills.
- Data driven decision making
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of the Custody business
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
- Technical knowledge of JIRA, Powered BI, Tableau
