Manpower is hiring for 9+ Customer Service Officers for a bank in North York

What's in it for you?

• $18/ hour, plus 4% vacation pay

• Paid weekly, every Friday

• Mon - Fri, 8am to 4pm

• North York (Position is Onsite)

What is the job?

• The Customer Support Officer will perform various functions related to the workflows, based upon incoming volumes and department priorities.

• You will also be responsible for the issuance of Money Order and Bank Drafts for the entire Visa Centre.

• You will be required to communicate with internal, external and clients directly whenever required to resolve issues presented.

• You will provide support to Customer Service and Operations in various investigative scenarios that cannot be resolved at the first point of contact.

• You will ensure productivity standards are achieved and Service Levels Agreements are met or exceeded by following defined procedures, guidelines and escalating issues as appropriate.

Top 3 must have skills:

• Communication and Reporting

• Detail orientated

• Microsoft Excels/Outlook/Word etc
