Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services is an advantage-
