Accounts Payable Payment Specialist - 9 Month Term

The Role

We are in search of an AP Payment Specialist for a 9 Month Term. This position will report to theAccounts Payable Manager and will be responsible for the processing payments and reconciling statements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and issue payments for Cooke companies
• Process tax payments
• Setting up wire transfers
• Review weekly budgets for leases, utilities & AP vendors
• Populate and send aging reports
• Post pre-authorized payments
• Reconcile monthly statements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Works well in a deadline driven environment
• High attention to detail
