The Role
We are in search of an AP Payment Specialist for a 9 Month Term. This position will report to theAccounts Payable Manager and will be responsible for the processing payments and reconciling statements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and issue payments for Cooke companies
- Process tax payments
- Setting up wire transfers
- Review weekly budgets for leases, utilities & AP vendors
- Populate and send aging reports
- Post pre-authorized payments
- Reconcile monthly statements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Works well in a deadline driven environment
- High attention to detail
