Accounts Payable & Reimbursable Analyst

Summary:
You will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and providing advice on the full Accounts Payable & Reimbursable process.

THE ROLE:
_ Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for entire process for the Accounts Payable & Reimbursable role . Some Duties include:_
- Professionally and timely respond to customer inquiries
- Build good working relationships and liaise regularly and professionally with employees at all levels and / or third-party stakeholders
- Process credit applications for new vendors and expense entries
- Enter inventory purchases and pricing, setting up codes as required
- Maintain all Accounts Payables within current terms
- Process manual cheques, EFT payments, and online bill payments
- Produce accurate accrued monthly payables report
- Process and reconcile monthly credit card payments
- Process and submit plastic and waste oil claims
- Timely submit reimbursable expenses to Suncor Energy
- Complete or assist with month end inventory counts and reconciliations
- Complete month end reconciliations for payable accounts
- Document monthly/yearly cardlock volumes for each Castle Fuels (2008) Inc. locations
- Respectfully liaise with third party services as needed
- Complete administrative functions supporting AP duties
- Attend meetings as required.
- May be required to cover additional job functions as vacation relief
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
- Minimum 4 years of Accounts Payable
- Excellent experience working with MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Typing WPM 45+
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
- Minimum 4 years of Accounts Payable
- Excellent experience working with MS Excel, Word & Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
