Accounts Payable/Warehouse Receiving

C&L Supply Rentals is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join in their Accounts payable/Warehouse receiving depart.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coding and entering accounts payable invoices

Ordering inventory

Issuing PO’s

Warehouse receiving inventory as it comes in, following inventory controls

Completing forms for warranty credits and ensuring credits are received

Registration of products sold

Assisting the controller when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Practice general bookkeeping principles

General accounts payable knowledge and previous experience with the accounts payable processes

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

SKILLS NEEDED:

Excellent organizational skills

Understanding of inventory & how it relates to accounts payable

Awareness of Public Safety & security measures in place to prevent injuries

Ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage

Ability to work in a team environment.

EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent

First year bookkeeping an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
