Located in Vancouver’s bustling downtown core, our client, a leading regional law firm, is on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its exceptional team.
Reporting to the Direct of Finance, this role works closely with all firm members and vendors, and requires the successful incumbent to work well both independently and in collaboration with others.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all Accounts Receivable functions
- Oversee accounting write-offs
- Process all credit card payments and assist with deposits
- Oversee bank reconciliations
- Other accounting duties as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivables
- Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
- Great computer skills including experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of iManage and/or Elite 3E is beneficial
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
