What - the Role:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will take on a variety of responsibilities including Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and other duties as assigned. You will also be a contributor to month-end and year-end audit processes. We are looking for people who are detail-oriented and who can be both accurate and efficient at the same time.
This is a contract to start, and there is a very good chance that the contractor will be considered for permanent employment down the road if they are an excellent worker. Swim Recruiting will provide interested candidates with a detailed job description.
Who - the Candidate:
We are looking for an accounting professional who is a team player and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Candidates will have at least 2 years recent full cycle AR experience, and will be computer savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience using Sage Business Vision is an asset. Must have good intermediate-level Excel skills. Excellent communication skills are required.
Where:
Our client’s corporate office is located in Delta, accessible by car or bus. Free parking is available.
How Much:
For the contract, hourly rate commensurate with level of Accounts Receivable experience and skills- likely around $24 an hour. For permanent employees, this company provides an annual base salary around $50,000, bonus, and extended health benefits. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM!
