As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance Department and Customer Service departments. We are looking for someone to assist in administering all Accounts Receivable processes and aid in customer service.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- College diploma or Grade 12 education combined with a minimum of 2 years office experience.
- Formal finance and accounting education is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with an ERP Financial software
- Able to work independently
- Must show initiative, be a strong team player and possess superior organizational skills
- A customer service oriented mindset
- Proficient in English, French is an asset
Daily functions will include but are not limited to:
- Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
- Processing credit releases and setting credit limits
- Processing invoices and payments
- Performing customer account reviews and following-up with customers
- Assisting Quote and Order departments Attractive compensation and benefits package, and promote a healthy work/life balance:
