Role Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Select Finishing Ltd. is a key contributor to our financial integrity and operational efficiency. You will oversee and process Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate financial tracking, robust client engagement, and optimized revenue practices. Your expertise will sustain our fiscal health, reinforcing the solid relationships we maintain with our partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate invoicing and efficient collection processes.
• Manage and reconcile customer accounts, addressing discrepancies proactively.
• Execute financial reporting and maintain records with scrupulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to uphold and refine receivables processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Is proficient with accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
• Boasts strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills for both internal coordination and external customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
