Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage reservations, appointments, and event bookings with efficiency and professionalism.
- Coordinate with catering and event staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Uphold our company's standards of hospitality and customer service excellence at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
