Job Overview:
Edge Fleet Maintenance (1998) Ltd. is looking for a full time administrative assistant to join our team in our truck & trailer repair shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Quick Books knowledge an asset.
Responsibilities and duties will include but not limited to:
- Invoicing
-Data entry
-Preparing estimates when required
-Assisting with customer appointments
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Answering phone
-Parts pick up when required
-Maintaining cleanliness of office area and staff room
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
-Experience in an administrative role
-Quick Books experience
-Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Reliable
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
-Ability to work independently
-Clean drivers abstract
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
