Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable Clerk
Highlights:
> 8am to 5pm; Mon-Fri

Position involves, but is not limited to:
> Front end reception duties such as answering the phone, greeting visitors, filing
> Accounts Receivable tasks on a daily basis including:
- working closely with dispatch team
- emailing consultants/customers for approvals
- invoicing customers
> Other miscellaneous office duties, as required
Successful applicant will:
> Possess a grade 12 diploma
> Be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
> Possess a friendly demeanour and have excellent customer service skills
> Know how to multitask, stay organized and be efficient in their work at all times
> Have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
> Pay strong attention to detail
> Be teachable and willing to learn new things
Extra consideration will be given to those that have:
> Office Admin post secondary education
> 2+ years office experience in the oilfield industry
> Axon software experience, specifically the AR module
> Jobutrax, ADP Open Invoice/Open Ticket and Enverus/Cortex experience
