We are looking for an AR person for our growing company. This role has expanded past a 1 person job , and you will be part of our workflow restructuring. You are responsible for reviewing and setting up new accounts in our wholesale business. Extending credit or credit card accounts and mainatin a relationship with our clients to ensure payments are made within our company terms. Work with management and salesforce to maintain our financial strength. Working out of our new Leduc/Nisku loaction you will :
Posts payments to customer accounts.
Reconciles past due statements and sends collections letters to customers.
Balances and reconciles sales activity.
Post payments.
Maintains updated receivables utilizing EPICOR system.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Required knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, etc.)
High school diploma is required. A college degree in business, accounting, or various social science fields is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated. A positive and fun attitude makes the day go smoother
