We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Clerk to join our team.
** Preference will be given to someone with more than 4 years of on the job bookkeeping experience using Great Plains Dynamics or a similar accounting program.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily processing Accounts Receivable and in coming payments
- Create, Merge, Edit PDF Documents within electronic document and filing system
- Weekly emailing and calling customers
- Month End including reconciliation, reports, and statements
- Work directly with sales department
- Process new customer credit applications
- Customer Relation Management – new customers and maintenance of database
- Administration and Reception backup - greet and assist customers, answer telephone, administration support
Do you have the following?
- Minimum of 4 years of on the job bookkeeping experience with a full understanding of the accounting cycle including troubleshooting
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics GP Accounting software or similar accounting program
- Excellent Computer Skills including MS Office Suite and Electronic File Management
- Ability to operate in high traffic retail environment such as a dealership
- Flexible to change, multi-task, strong problem solving
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills; and ability to ask questions
- A stable work history and solid work ethic
- A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
