We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant to work with our finance team. This individual will be self-motivated and highly organized, with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Post account payments.
- Run monthly statements.
- Perform and manage collection calls on overdue accounts. Make payment arrangements for outstanding accounts.
- Communicate overdue accounts to management.
- Mail customer invoices in a timely manner. Follow up on individual requests.
- Review and complete credit applications for charge accounts.
- Prepare head office bank deposit and make the daily bank deposit.
- Answer and direct main telephone line.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Completion of an Accounting or Business program preferred.
- Minimum three years experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including competency related to MS Windows based applications.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
