City Vibe Developments, a prominent player in low-rise condominium development of luxury rental apartments, is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable clerk. The available position is for an Accounts Receivable professional who will join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a busy work environment. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential. Additionally, experience in rental property management and familiarity with Rent Manager and CRE300 would be advantageous.

Responsibilities for this role encompass a range of tasks related to managing Accounts Receivable but are not limited to:

· Daily Delinquency Management: Proactively address outstanding balances by contacting current and past tenants.

· Collection Information: Maintain accurate records of collection efforts on open files.

· Tenant Communication: Track tenant responses and payment arrangements meticulously.

· Payment Plan Oversight: Ensure adherence to established payment plans.

· Collaboration with Leadership: Communicate with the Controller and VP regarding outstanding balances.

· Property Manager Support: Assist property managers in handling challenging collections.

· Process Development: Contribute to the development of effective collection processes within the team.

· Collections Filing: File unpaid balances with collections agencies.

· Record Keeping: Maintain organized collection files.

· Payment Tracking: Accurately record funds received in rental software.

· RTDRS Compliance: Handle filing requirements with the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service.
