Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an oilfield company based in Grande Prairie. This company has been in business within our community for 15 years and will provide a great team environment to the right fit.

Duties will include:

· Process or code all vendor bills Receiving from email to posting

· Process approved tickets and shift to Invoicing

· Invoice completed jobs and ensured payment is done

· Build new jobs and add deliverables to populate invoices correctly

· Manage disputed invoices

· Account Receivable age analysis follow up

· Contact with approvers on Materials and or Labor depending on Customers

· Job Log and Job Set up

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with account reconciliation processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
