Salary- Support the team with administrative tasks related to mechanical engineering and daily production operations
- Assist in issuing and processing structural steel related product purchase orders and tracking stock levels
- Perform data entry for team daily production operations
- Review and process account payables and receivables
- Prepare shipping documents and plan shipments of customer orders

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in technical office administration
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Interested and able to learn new software quickly
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
