Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant at Dovil Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties and providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members and executives.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, compiling reports, and coordinating deadlines.
  • Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating employee relations initiatives.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.55-$29.39 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
