Administrative Assistant

Part-time Administrative Assistant required to ensure efficient operation of large Canadian multi-provincial Building Restoration company with head office in Richmond Hill.

Requirements:
High school diploma
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
Experience with Jonas Construction Software is an asset
Team player
Attention to detail
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Fluent English required

Duties include:
Answer phone calls
Filing
Copying
Binding
Scanning
Arrange couriers
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Maintain excel spreadsheets
Data entry
Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable
