We are a small team of six engineers and architectural designers located in Toronto, providing structural engineering and permit drawing preparation services for residential construction projects throughout the GTA. We are looking for a mature, friendly and organized candidate to join our team in a new Administrative Assistant role to help keep us all organized.
Your main tasks will include:
- Reaching out to all new clients at the start of each project to build a good relationship and rapport
- Remain a point of contact for all clients to assist them with any general inquiries throughout the duration of each project
- Keep track of project deadlines for each team member
- Must be comfortable with occasionally attending residential construction sites to take simple notes, measurements, photos, etc. No technical skill in construction is required.
- General office administrative tasks such as taking/making phone calls, filing, organizing, creating memos and documents, etc.
- General assistance to all team members
- Previous experience in the construction field would be a huge asset but not mandatory. Please highlight this in your cover letter and resume if applicable.

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
